Logitech has unveiled the new M555b Bluetooth mouse for laptops in North America. Eliminating the need for a receiver, this new mouse features hyper-fast scrolling and is compatible with both Windows and Mac systems. At the moment Logitech US is offering this notebook mouse for $60 (Rs. 2900 approx.). However its pricing and availability in India is not confirmed

Logitech's new M555b Bluetooth mouse features hyper-fast scrolling, five programmable buttons, and offers 1000dpi resolution. With a built-in Bluetooth support, this mouse eliminates usage of any Bluetooth dongle. The Laser tracking promises precise, smoother and responsive curser control on any surface - polished or wooden tables. The mouse operates on two AA size batteries and also has dual-color LED indicator for low battery indication.
Logitech has added new smart power saving feature with sleep mode and on/off switch for extending the battery life. This Bluetooth mouse is usable on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Mac OS X systems.
